How does this work?

First, you'll reach out to me with your project, please give as much information as you can including size, style, colours, and any reference pictures if you have some!I'll then ask any questions I have and confirm the price with you!Afterwards I'll give you a timeline of the commission and once approved, we will meet in game to get the first half of the payment. Then I'll get to work designing your home!I use a program called Makeplace, it's not connected to FFXIV at all, and has a way for make a copy of what the house would look like (outside of the game) without having to buy furniture and waste any of your gil! I'll make the design in this program and update you along the way. Once I have finished the copy, I'll send you the screenshots and get your approval!After approval, I'll go into FFXIV and start working! I'll either have you place all the furniture in your storeroom, or if I'm providing the furniture, we will trade the gil from the furniture charge, and begin working on making your dream home!After everything is completed and you've seen your new home I'll take pictures and get the last half of the payment!
